Every day, we will feature a great Perk on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, you will get discounts you cannot find anywhere else.

I like today's Perk - how do I get it?

Just click "I Want This Perk" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people signs up, we will charge your card and send you a link to print your Perk. Please make sure you invite all your friends to make sure you get the Perk!

Do I need to use my Perk the same day I buy it?

No. All Perks have an expiration date, but you don’t have to use them on the date of purchase.

I bought a Perk - how do I use it?

Once your card has been charged, you will receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Perk(s). The Perk has redemption instructions on the form.

Can I buy a Perk as a gift for someone else?

Yes, Yes and Yes. We communicate with all the businesses in our network that a Perk can be gifted, and unless the fine print specifically states otherwise, please fill free to gift away! You must select the gift option at checkout.

If I don't use the full value of the Perk on my visit, can I use the remainder later?

Sorry, you cannot. You do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you do not use. So, please use it all and take advantage of the merchant’s great deal.

When will Public Perks be in my city?

Soon. We’re on our way! We are growing day by day, but will need your help to direct us towards other establishments you like to patronize. If you'd like to help us launch Public Perks in your city, feel free to email us at info@publicperks.com.

Can I buy a Perk after the day it is offered?

Sorry, you cannot. This is a onetime offer, available for a very limited time. You have to buy it on the day or timeframe it is offered.

Is this safe and secure?

Yes, Yes and again Yes! Public Perks does not store any of your credit card information and all credit card numbers are transferred using SSL - a standard industry security measure which encrypts your card data.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. The Perk(s) you will receive by email are issued by the merchant, not us. You should address all issues with the products or services you receive to that merchant (unless of course it is a problem with our website). However, if you are unable to contact the merchant after attempting to do so, please contact us.
